Our buildings boast unrivalled internal insulation and are perfectly arranged to provide our residents with ideal sunlight all year round. We have substantial on-site parking and a multitude of outdoor spaces to sit and socialise in. Our soil is rich and fertile, making it perfect for growing flowers and vegetables to our heart’s content. Our “Amenity Building” is an all-purpose space, free to access by all of our residents. Here they can enjoy complimentary refreshments, communal IT facilities and touch base with each other.
We are a stone’s throw from a number of public attractions, including Willen Lake, Linford Manor and the historic town of Newport Pagnell. There are a number of public transport options nearby, with busses to Central Milton Keynes only a short walk away and Wolverton train station only a few minutes by car, with express services to London Euston and all other connected services.
At present we operate 12 shared houses, 20 one bedroom flats and 4 studio apartments at our primary location in Hainault Avenue, Milton Keynes. This provides us with the capacity to allow 92 members to join our co-operative and help us to develop the area. We are organised and managed by committee members, supported by a league of sub-committees and working groups, as well as assisted at all times by a dedicated team of on-site staff.
